You can not go by the wattage output of USB C or A to determine if it is “fast charging” or not. Fast charging uses stepped voltages, some just two voltages like 5 and 9, some USB C have 5 voltages up to 20 volts.
Fast charging is not good for batteries BTW.
I looked on their web sits and could not find the actual specifications for any of the USB outlets, other than the mention of wattage on the unit. If the USB outlet is fast charging then it can destroy devices that require a steady 5 volts to charge with. FYI.
