When I put noise cancelling headphones on I always get the feeling of a vacuum and air cabin like pressure, even in quiet environments. I get an impression that ANC is really taxing on your ears, sometimes can be to the point of headache. I can’t stand it.
i used to have horrible multiple tinitus and depressing hyperacusis on the right ear which over the years were practically gone so i forgot. Now after wearing anc headphones for a week its like in my worst days again and my hyperacusis is so redciiously strong that i can barely listen to someone speaking in normal talk. Its the only thing i changed as i can tell. This is probably not safe
The answer is not yet lol. Noise cancellation will get better I believe
Get etymotic stuff itβs the only option for that amount of hearing protection. My recommendation is the er2xr earphones
