Do any of the smart plugs allow for complex programming- ie I need a light to come on at 6am, off at 7am, on at 11am, off at 2pm, on again at 6pm, and finally off for the day at 7pm. I have a bearded dragon and want to have her cagw lights mimic the sunrise/midday/sunset cycle

Coming from Vivint, Arlo is the right solution for me. That 8 in 1 sensor is amazing, affordable 24/7 pro monitoring for $20 a month, and good quality cameras. I almost got Simplisafe but you have to use a specific subscription just to use a specific camera. Bummer. Simplisafe almost had my business. They cost quite a bit more too.
