I tried these headphones after watching this video but after 1 trip I returned them. It has some cool features but ultimately too many weaknesses to make them better than my old pair of Bose. Due to the rotation of the headphones during storage, they tend to want to revert to this twisted position while on your head, so after 2 hours of wear on a plane, one side was pressing on the front of my ear and on the other ear it was pressing toward the back. Not comfortable. This also affects its ability to effectively cancel noise because it can’t stay stationary around your ears. For the price, these are not worth it.
Sony for the love of god, fix the naming, allow 5 devices + make it rotate the like the surface headphones…the gestures are awful, i hate this touch thing

All the big creators were paid to say how good the xm10004 were so I will never trust Sony again. The xm10004 was the biggest disappointment ive ever bought
