Thanks for your videos. This is a great one to show to my teens with ADHD. I would love more videos that would be helpful for high school students. There is a lot out there for parents to get information, but my teens are more likely to listen to a youtube video give them tips than they are to listen to their mom give them adhd tips 🙂
